Bread and bun maker — Dimmit County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Dimmit County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
