Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Willacy County, Texas. The job is in a coffee shop. Day to day you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 4+ years on the tools preferred.
