Bread and bun maker wanted in Owerri North

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Owerri North, Imo State. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
