Now hiring: we are hiring a press operator in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. You will work at an auto components factory. Day to day you will fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely. You should have: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
