Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
