Join our team: gantry crane operator (Ogun State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Remo North, Ogun State. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. Your main tasks: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
