Waitress — Piute County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Piute County, Utah. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Day-to-day duties: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Clear and reset tables between covers • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
