Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
