Gardener • Bende, Abia State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gardener in Bende, Abia State. You will work on the grounds of a hotel resort. Your main tasks: • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Ideal candidate: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers 6+ years on the tools preferred.
