An established busy kitchen in Kent is expanding its team and hiring a cook. Day-to-day work includes daily mise en place, running a station during service. Candidates should bring knowledge of food hygiene rules and roughly 5 year(s) of experience. Expect 21 hours per week; mostly weekend shifts. Overtime is paid separately.
