Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Lee County, Illinois. The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time, day shift.
