We are recruiting: we are hiring a room service attendant in Fulton County, Illinois. The job is at a beach resort. Your main tasks: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 1+ years on the tools preferred.
