Fry cook wanted in Pasco County

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Pasco County, Florida. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
