Commis chef — Nafada

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Nafada, Gombe State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
