Fine-dining server — Champhai

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Champhai, Mizoram. We are looking for ability to work fast under pressure during peak service; clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner; familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems. On a typical shift you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
