Deboner wanted in Williamson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Williamson County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
