Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Bodinga, Sokoto State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
