Fry cook — Fayette County

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Fayette County, Illinois. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift.
