Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Lee County, Illinois. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
