Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Oglethorpe County, Georgia. The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time with occasional weekends.
