We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Douglas County, Nebraska. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Full-time, day shift.
