Lathe operator • Atchison County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe operator in Atchison County, Missouri. You will be based on a production line. Your main tasks: • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges Requirements: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Good attention to detail and steady hands At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
