Tandoor cook — Isu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Isu, Imo State. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Rotating shifts.
