Waitress — St. Clair County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in St. Clair County, Missouri. You will work at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Clear and reset tables between covers You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Full-time, day shift.
