Fine-dining server wanted in Tarrant County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Tarrant County, Texas. Day to day you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
