On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
