Bread baker wanted in Yala

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Yala, Cross River State. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker 1+ years on the tools preferred.
