Cnc lathe setter wanted in Morrill County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Morrill County, Nebraska. You will be based in a tool room. Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm On the job you will handle: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
