Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Gboko, Benue State. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
