Turning centre operator • Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a tool room. Your main tasks: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm 6+ years on the tools preferred.
