Lathe operator • Thoubal, Manipur

Join our team: we are hiring a lathe operator in Thoubal, Manipur. We are looking for comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges; able to stand for long hours on the shop floor. Your main tasks: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
