Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Afijio, Oyo State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
