Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Machina, Yobe State. The job is at a halal meat counter. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
