Restaurant steward — Bukuru

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Bukuru, Benue State. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
