Vacancy available: gas pipeline fitter (Gombe State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Nafada, Gombe State. You will work at a heating and plumbing contractor. What we are looking for: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Driving licence for travel between sites Day-to-day duties: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
