Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
