Kitchen cook — Ohimini

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Ohimini, Benue State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
