Heavy equipment operator (dozer) • Rich County, Utah

Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Rich County, Utah. You will be based at an open-cast mine. On the job you will handle: • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site You should have: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Six days a week, one day off.
