Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Bartow County, Georgia. The job is on a dam or embankment job. Requirements: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence On a typical shift you will form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; refuel the machine and record running hours; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse.
