Head baker — Kagarko

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Kagarko, Kaduna State. The job is at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity 5+ years on the tools preferred.
