Immediate opening: line cook (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Simpson County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
