Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Sardauna, Taraba State. You will be based at a beach resort. You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
