Bakery assistant — Morrow County

Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
