Commis chef — Tsafe

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Tsafe, Zamfara State. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
