Bread baker — Lee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Lee County, Alabama. You will be based at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight 2+ years on the tools preferred.
