Commis chef — Aniocha North

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Aniocha North, Delta State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₦275,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
