Cook — Offa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Offa, Kwara State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
