Commis chef • Bakura, Zamfara State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Bakura, Zamfara State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
