Deboner — Marte

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Marte, Borno State. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Six days a week, one day off. We offer ₦135,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
