Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Union County, Ohio. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
